This workshop starts with a conference on emotional intelligence, followed by a physical activity and a healthy meal, combining mental, physical, and nutritional health for a more harmonious and efficient work environment.
This workshop begins with an in-depth lecture on emotional intelligence based on scientific research, where participants learn how to better manage their emotions to enhance their mental well-being and leadership.
This is followed by a team-building physical activity and a healthy meal.
Every aspect of the workshop is designed to offer a complete experience, combining mental health, physical fitness and nutrition, with the aim of creating a more harmonious, high-performance work environment.
