OUR TEAM
Who is Jiana
I am a teacher, speaker, certified trainer, neuroscience practitioner, author, and the founder of the BAM program Bouge|Apprends|Mange. I hold a master's degree in management and a bachelor's degree in vocational education. I am also a certified trainer in resilience techniques from the HeartMath Research Institute and EQ-i 2.0/360 certified.
As an emotional intelligence and resilience coach, I foster self-awareness by helping individuals understand their emotions, triggers, and reactions. I then equip them with tools to regulate emotions and build resilience. Additionally, I encourage empathy and effective communication, enabling individuals to navigate change in a collaborative manner.
Finally, I help leaders cultivate a supportive culture that values emotional intelligence, emphasizing its positive impact on employee engagement, adaptability, and overall organizational success.

Working on myself, enriching my knowledge, and improving from within are, for me, the best courses I've learned in life's wonderful university. War taught me to fight in a violent and cruel way, supposedly to improve my lot, but today, I use this concept to fight peacefully—for the betterment of my life and the lives of those around me.
In addition to being a speaker, writer, and teacher, I have cultivated my own fitness journey over the years. I hold several certifications that allow me to teach a variety of fitness classes. Among my sporting achievements are completing four marathons, a 50-kilometer trail run, and a 75-kilometer ultra-trail run.
I’ve had the privilege of offering workshops on personal development at a detention center in France and delivering conferences at resorts in Mexico.
As a pedagogue, I take pride in my ability to convey information and establish a climate of trust with my participants. I am also a committed philanthropist, having worked with several non-profit organizations. Born in Lebanon, I immigrated to Canada at the age of 20. For years, I witnessed the civil war in Lebanon.
Although I spent years in a war-torn country, afraid of being killed before finishing my last bite, fearing for my family’s safety, seeing friends killed in front of my eyes, and holding onto unfulfilled dreams, I always knew it was worth believing and moving toward my dreams, even when they seemed uncertain.
I share my inspiring teachings in over 10 countries around the world. My commitment to emotional well-being and resilience is evident throughout my international career. At every conference and workshop, I strive to inspire, guide, and equip participants to reach their full potential. My impact transcends borders, helping to strengthen diverse communities and promote a philosophy of active living. Each new experience and place I visit further enriches my dedication to promoting global well-being and individual fulfillment.

In the captivating world I share as a certified speaker and trainer, resilience and emotional self-regulation become the stars that light the way to personal transformation. When I speak, I explore the depths of resilience—the inner strength that enables us to bounce back from challenges, grow through trials, and emerge stronger.
