Who am I ? 
I am a speaker, a certified trainer in neuroscience, a personal development coach, and the author of two books. Originally from Lebanon, I have endured profound personal challenges, including war and a past marked by physical and psychological violence. Today, I dedicate myself to helping others overcome their own struggles by developing their mental and physical potential.

What is my role?
My role is to inspire and guide individuals and organizations toward achieving their goals through a deep understanding of brain function and personal development strategies. As a neuroscience trainer and speaker, I share my knowledge and experience to help others break free from their limitations, develop their leadership, take better decisions, perform well and maximize their well-being.

What is my mission?
My mission is to empower every person, regardless of their background or journey, to discover and fully harness their potential. By providing practical tools based on neuroscience, I guide my audiences and clients toward a lasting transformation of their mind and body so they can lead a more fulfilling and accomplished life.

What is my position?
I position myself as an expert in personal development and applied neuroscience, particularly in stress management, mental and physical performance optimization, and personal transformation coaching. My approach stands out through a unique combination of scientific knowledge, personal resilience, and practical strategies.

What makes me unique?
What sets me apart is my personal journey. I grew up in a challenging environment marked by family violence and war in Lebanon. I overcame these hardships and transformed my struggles into strengths. Additionally, my training in neuroscience, combined with my life experiences, allows me to offer an authentic and powerful approach that blends scientific knowledge with a deep understanding of emotions and human obstacles.

What do I offer?
I offer motivational conferences, practical training sessions, and individual coaching to help people better understand their brains and apply effective personal development strategies to enhance their well-being and performance. I also provide neuroscience-based coaching tools and techniques to strengthen mental resilience.

What have I developed?
I have developed neuroscience conferences, workshops and coaching methods tailored to the specific needs of individuals. In addition to my books, I have designed interactive conferences and workshops that provide concrete solutions for improving stress management, concentration, and motivation. My approach enables people to break free from fears and limitations to reach their full potential.
